At this time, JUNIOR NORRIS MEMORIAL SHOOT OUT does not ship merchandise.  Vendors on our website have the sole responsibility and control of the shipment of their products and the JUNIOR NORRIS MEMORIAL SHOOT OUT accepts no liability or guarantees no warranties for our Vendors.

 International

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Refund Policy

Whether purchased or paid through this website or in person from a representative of the JUNIOR NORRIS MEMORIAL SHOOT OUT, items purchased, entries to events paid, green fees paid, raffle tickets purchased, player auction payments paid, sponsorships paid, donations made or any monies paid and any in-kind donations are the sole ownership of the JUNIOR NORRIS MEMORIAL SHOOT OUT.  Within 30 days of the ending of any event, the JUNIOR NORRIS MEMORIAL SHOOT will conduct private audit and any refunds for merchandise and/or entry fees and/or green fees deemed to be owed will be refunded within 10 days of such audit. Refunds may be processed sooner than above but not later than July 24, 2020.  No Refunds on raffle tickets, player auction monies, sponsorships, donations or in-kind donations will be made from the JUNIOR NORRIS MEMORIAL SHOOT OUT.

2022 REFUND POLICY: Regarding Entry Fees to Events AND Green Fees(Updated for Each Yearly Event).   NOTICE:  All refund requests must be made in writing to the Tournament Director and sent via email to sherrieglenn2004@gmail.com   All refunds shall be made to customers no later than SEPTEMBER 30, 2022 for the 2022 “JUNIOR NORRIS” MEMORIAL SHOOT OUT EVENT.

2022 10 Ball Ring Game – Entry Fees for this event is $300 with NO Green Fee Charged.  NO REFUND for the 10 Ball Ring Game for the 2022 Event.

2022 ONE POCKET Event– $1,000 Entry Fee plus a $50 Green Fee for each entry.  (See Following Refund Schedule):

    • 100% Refund of Entry & Green Fee or $1,050 each shall be refunded with written notice given prior to July 10, 2022. 
    • 75% Refund of Entry Fee or $750 each shall be refunded with written notice given prior to July 17, 2022. No portion of the Green Fee shall be refunded.
    • 50% Refund of Entry Fee or $500 each shall be refunded with written notice given prior to July 24, 2022. No portion of the Green Fee shall be refunded,
    • No Refund of any portion of the Entry Fee or Green Fee shall be allowed after July 24, 2022.

9 BALL BANKS Event – $330 Entry Fee plus a $30 Green Fee for each entry.  (See Following Refund Schedule):

    • 100% Refund of Entry & Green Fee or $330 each shall be refunded with written notice given prior to July 10, 2022. 
    • 75% Refund of Entry Fee or $225 each shall be refunded with written notice given prior to July 17, 2022. No portion of the Green Fee shall be refunded.
    • 50% Refund of Entry Fee or $150 each shall be refunded with written notice given prior to July 24, 2022. No portion of the Green Fee shall be refunded,
    • No Refund of any portion of the Entry Fee or Green Fee shall be allowed after July 24, 2022. 2022

9 BALL OPEN Event and 2022 10 BALL OPEN Event – and

 –  $100 Entry Fee plus a $30 Green Fee for each entry.  (See Following Refund Schedule):

    • 100% Refund of Entry & Green Fee or $130 each shall be refunded with written notice given prior to July 10, 2022. 
    • 75% Refund of Entry Fee or $75 each shall be refunded with written notice given prior to July 17, 2022. No portion of the Green Fee shall be refunded.
    • 50% Refund of Entry Fee or $50 each shall be refunded with written notice given prior to July 24, 2022. No portion of the Green Fee shall be refunded,
    • No Refund of any portion of the Entry Fee or Green Fee shall be allowed after July 24, 2022. 

2022 WOMEN’S 9 BALL Event – $70 Entry Fee and $30 Green Fee for each entry. (See Following Refund Schedule):

    • 100% Refund of Entry & Green Fee or $100 each shall be refunded with written notice given prior to July 10, 2022. 
    • 75% Refund of Entry Fee  or $52.50 each shall be refunded with written notice given prior to July 17, 2022. No portion of the Green Fee shall be refunded.
    • 50% Refund of Entry Fee or $35 each shall be refunded with written notice given prior to July 24, 2022. No portion of the Green Fee shall be refunded.
    • No Refund of any portion of the Entry Fee or Green Fee shall be allowed after July 24, 2022.

2022 JUNIOR “JUNIOR” NORRIS 9 Ball Event – Various Entry Fees – No Green Fees Charged(See Following Refund Schedule):

    • 100% Refund of Entry shall be refunded with written notice given prior to July 10, 2022. 
    • 75% Refund of Entry Fee shall be refunded with written notice given prior to July 17, 2022.
    • 50% Refund of Entry Fee shall be refunded with written notice given prior to July 24, 2022. 
    • No Refund of any portion of the Entry Fee shall be allowed after July 24, 2022

ANY PAYMENTS MADE AFTER THE ALLOWED REFUND DATE (JULY 24, 2022) SHALL NOT BE REFUND FOR ANY REASON.

Miscellaneous

The JUNIOR NORRIS MEMORIAL SHOOT OUT  reserves the right to refuse service and/or accept payment for registration into any and all events from or for any one..  The Junior Norris Memorial Shoot Out Event also reserves the right to ask for players identification for the purposes of determining gender for events specifically identified for players of a specific gender.

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED: Although the information on this Web site is accessible worldwide, not all products or services discussed in this Web site are available to all persons or in all geographic locations or jurisdictions. JUNIOR NORRIS MEMORIAL SHOOT OUT and the advertisers each reserve the right to limit the provision of their products or services to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction they so desire and to limit the quantities of any products or services that they provide.
